Does RISA 3d not report node forces as part of the results?

Define "Node Forces". In a static analysis, the sum of the forces at any joint must always equal zero.

Member Forces (with respect to the member's local axes) are reported.
Joint Reactions (with respect to the global axes) are reported.
Plate corner forces (with respect to the global axes) are reported.

Sometimes it gets tricky because you have to adjust member end reactions (axial force, shear, et cetera) for the local coordinate system of the member itself. But, it should all add up to zero eventually.... for static analysis, of course.
