Rigid body

I would recommend red flagging your post and re-asking this in the appropriate FE forum. A lot will depend on what you want the rigid body for. If you're using Patran with Nastran then probably some options with rigid elements (RBAR or RBE2 elements) are appropriate. Patran has all the appropriate input options for Nastran's 'rigids'.
