RF pad Details for Roof Nozzle

Dear All,

As per API 650 Table 5.14a, Dimension details for Flanged Roof Nozzle is up to 12" only, So what will be details for above 12" nozzle.

One of my API 650 tank there is one vent nozzle with size of 16", So for RF dimension and all is it possible to use details as per API 650 Table 5.6a???

Assuming essentially no load from the piping, I would use figure 5.19 and a repad that is 12" larger in diameter than the nozzle.
