Revision table starting with 0

Hi

I would like to use the SW revision table in a template, but I need it to start with 0,1,2. The options only allow me to choose between alpha and numerical where the numerical starts with 1,2,3. Any ideas how to get it started with 0? (using SW2009 and would also be interested in answers regarding younger versions)
