Reviewing line specifications

Hi All,
I'm reviewing line specification for glycol unit and found every line marked with B13 & E 13, I know B13 is for water system and E 13 also for same service but with higher rating.
Can any one please explain why vendor used B13 and E 13 for Glycol dehydration system (please remember we have sweet system).
