Reverse action of Attribute Extraction ?

After the use of the attribute extraction command, we get a text file in which the blocks data are included.
Is it posible to do, somehow, the reverse action?
to insert some or all of the data (name,x,y,z etc) into a blank drawing like block or points????

to bidirectionally link (export/import) your attribute data with Excel.
