I'd like to know if anyone can speak to this.

Is it easier or equivalent to use than "hole command?
Can a hole be dropped onto multiple points at one time?
Does the drafting package label it ok? No wrinkles?
Does the hole chart label them ok or even pick them up?

I'm looking to standardize the hole features I use. Possibly even add data to the feature that the drafting package can pick up... as in more descriptive info.
"for jack screw" "for shoulder bolt" etc...

I want to enhance without killing myself in research... not create more issues.

Thanks in advance to anyone able to give me some input.

I would say that if there is no problem with knowing where the holes need to be when creating the detail parts, go ahead and create them then. The big advantage of creating them on-the-fly, as it were, is when you don't really know where a hole needs to be placed until you get your assembly half modeled or where this is a one-off situation and you're not going to be using these detailed parts in another assembly.
