We are trying to decide what the best (retention knob) pull stud pressure would be on a CAT-50 holder for a 30hp CNC Machine.
The current machine spindle recommends 4500lbs. but we are contemplating designing new spindles with rates as high as 8-10,000 lbs. to solve some taper wear issues?
