Easy, but has me stumped this morning. With 2k how do I redock command line. It has disappeared and I can't seem to find it.

from tools meanu>>options, go to Display tab, in the upper letf section u will find ( text lines in command line window ) brfore it u can type any number of command lines, i recommend 3 lines.

Hope that helps

thanks for the response!

I have done that. I have pretty much done an exhaustive search of the menus.

The problem precedes that solution. Adjusting the display is assuming that the command line is already present.

I have to find a way to prompt the program to display the command line.

I appreciate your help. This is a small, seemingly simple problem that is really aggravating me.

Thanks!

ok then, try to run ACAD setup>> add or remove features, then add programe files for example, that will restore the command line, and from now on when u r trying to decreas or increase the command line, do that while holding Ctrl that will prevent docking by mistake.

hope that helps
