Hi,

I am working with a global, medical device organisation running multiple New Product Development (NPD) projects. We are looking to establish a picture of best practice resource planning in NPD and would find it very useful to start dialogue with any companies who share interest in this issue.

We are looking to understand how other NPD organisations quantify development project resource in terms of capacity, demand and capabilities in order to inform the process of portfolio and project planning?

If you work for a company who have a resource planning process that affords them confidence in decisions they make or if you work for a company who are currently considering this issue I would love to hear from you.

Regards,

Abi
