Resolving forces to check stability for sheet piled thrust block

Is this the correct method/formula to resolve and check stability?

I am designing a concrete thrust block which is sheet piled into the ground. In the design above I am only designing the sheet pile to resist the residual force that the thrust block cannot resist.

Is this the correct method/formula to resolve and check stability?
