Replace another electrode with E308 H-15

Dear friends

We are building a power plant in Iran; we should use Thyssen E 308H-15 in an area in turbine.
We couldn’t find this electrode in Iran. Can you introduce another electrode which is compatible with welding the (1.4541 EN 10088 to 1.4878 EN 10095)?
