Repeat Region Spare Qty

Hello everyone,

I am fairly new to using Creo 2.0 (been at it for about 9 months now) and am having some Repeat Region issues I hope you can help with.

I have a BOM showing Detail_Number, Part_Name, Material...ect. All of those come from the Parameters set in each individual part.
In the BOM I have a Repeat Region counting all the parts in my main assembly. What I am hoping to do is set a Spares=YES/NO parameter at the part level.Then have my
BOM take my total assembly qty and multiply that by .25, if Spares=YES, and show how many spares for each individual part should be manufactured.

I hope explained that well enough for someone to help me out.

I have been leaning toward some kind of IF statement in the relations but my knowledge base is still a little shallow to figure out how to do it.
