WHAT kind of repair is needed on your S.O. flange? What's the ASME rating on this flange?

The question was regarding the possibility of repair of the raised face of a standard flange (eg, Slip-On Flange Raised Face). The answer is yes, repair can be conducted on any rating flange raised face, in accoradnce with the above referenced standard.

Becaue is is a S.O. flange I would guess it's either 150# or 300# rating at best, and if it's under 12" in size, I'd suggest is cheaper to buy a new one and replace the damaged one.
