removing heat transfer from condenser

Hello people, I'm in need of some expert advice...
If the heat transfer from a condenser on a refrigeration system were to be reduced, apart from a dramatic increase in pressure and dry saturated vapour entering the expansion valve, what other problems would be encountered? Any help would be appreciated!
