Relating HGI or Ball Mill, to Moh scale

Trying to find a relation between either Hargrove grindability index or ball mill index, and how it relates to a Moh scale. This is for classifying an appropriate crusher and grinder for very hard Shot coke. Hargrove seems to be used only in Coal and Coke applications but conventional coke grinding systems arn't useful. Perry's wasn't much help, or at least what i can find in it.
