Reinforced Concrete in Abaqus/CAE

Hi,

I am in need of some help in defining reinforced concrete elements in Abaqus/CAE. I am importing geometry(through igs files) as a part and would like to add rebar to it but cannot figure out how this is done. Does anybody have some experience with reinforced concrete in CAE?
