I think you should call Siemens and ask for a training course of Teamcenter.
Or, have somebody assist you.
Installing Teamcenter is not "Click the install button and forget the rest".
- There are quite a few options you need to understand, select and specify.
Oracle is the underlying database ( or, one of the possible databases.)
Neither Oracle is "Click the install button and forget the rest".

Installing Teamcenter is indeed not an easy task. And even after installing you need to configure your whole datamodel.
You have to know your business processes, requirements, ways of working etc.
Only relatively "simple" install is the Rapid Start option. but then you don't have the option to configure it to your needs.
