For a propane refrigeration loop, the Scrubber Vessel has a data plate in which is states the vessel is rated for -55 F. The outlet flange is a A 105. The flanges as well as the scrubber will see temperatures as low as -50. Shouldnt the flange be A350 for cold service?

Yes, it should be ASME SA 350, perhaps LF6 Cl2. Definitely not A 105.
