in designing a simple refridgeration cycle-I need to cool a room from 90 degrees F to 10 degrees. can anyone tell me what pressures will be developed after the compressor and after the evaporator. also q in and q out.

What you are asking for depends on many different factors, such as what refrigerant is used, how quickly you want to cool the room, the ambient climate at your location, the air leakage into your room, etc. My best advice to you is to pick up your phone book and call a local HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) company to design and install the system for you.
