Goodday all!

In the moment I am looking for reed-switches suitable to withstand temperatures up to approx. 150°C. A second requirement is that they need to be small as well (max. approx. 10 mm). Does anyone have good experience with any make / type of such switches. (I thought it would be easy, but so far we have not been able to find a solution).

Thanks.

A quick Google search ("read relay" miniature) will net you several hits. Most are rated to 125 C, but this one specifically mentions operation up to 150C.

Might have limited current capability at elevated temperature. This one has a 10 mm body, and it isn't the smallest available.

I have personnally used reed switch on pnuematic cylinder operating diverter in a bake oven for paint applications and they are in well above 150c haven't had one fail yet. Allied electronics is one source. Have you looked into IR as well these have alway be reliable for me. Allen Braley and Turck are the two I use most here.
