Redesigning a 3 Phase winding

We are redesigning a motor winding from concentric coils to a diamond lap winding and need the pitch factor for overpitched coils.

Need more details.
Attach a diagram or explain how look like the concentric winding that needs to be converted into a lap (number of poles, slots, layers, coils, grouping, rated voltage etc).
