Hi!

hope someone used to work with fuels can give me a hand. The fuel has a maximum of 0.1% of sulphur content in mass, according to its data sheet. In addition, its copper corrosion class is 1A in ASTM D130 test.

May a red brass housing valve be suitable for this fuel?

Thank you!

you're fine as long as it is not acidic, low velocity flows, low pressure drop, and room temperatures. The stem seal material needs to be checked for compatibility otherwise you'll have leakage problems.

If you are in a chem plant, steel or stainless steel....
