Recording Macro with COSMOSMotion

I want to record a macro where I load a spline (COSMOSMotion feature) but whenever I record my actions (of loading the spline) the only part of it that is saved in the macro is the part where I select parts.

Is this because the macro recorder can only record parts of the Solidworks API, and not things part of the CMotion API?
