I am seeking recommendations for formal training, I would like to transition to a new career field as a stress analysist in FEA (full Ansys) from equipment design. I am working in the nuclear field and would be working on section III class one components. I am a Mechanical Engineer, no formal trainig in FEA, I expect I need formal training in plates and shells. Any guidance would be appreciated, how much training and in what direction.
