Recommendations for rubber engineering book

I am looking for a good book to bring me up to speed on the structural uses of rubber.

I use neoprene and silicone rubber as bearing pads for structural glass, and would like to upgrade my engineering from eyeballing and rules of thumb up to something more scientific. Ideally it would explain:
- Mooney Rivlin modeling
- Gives sample material properties
- Test proceedures
- Failure modes
