Hi, everyone:
I have a few samples that need to do S parameter measurements up to 10GHz, and wondering if you can give me any recommendation on companies who provide this service?
Thanks in advance.

Don't you think a little more information would help an informed answer?

What country are you in, for example?
Are you measuring S parameters in coax or waveguide?
Are they at 100MHz or 100GHz?
What sort of accuracy do you need?

Why not check out the NIST or NPL websites to see what is possible (or your national lab if it isn't one of those).

Thanks, Logbook.

Location: CA, USA
Measurement: on wafer
Frequency: 8-12GHz
Accuracy: standard
If you know of any company, would you be kind enough to provide me the information? I will contact company for details.
Checked NIST, will check NPL.

Ok, that's a good set of data now.

I don't think any standard calibration lab will do that service. I think you need a favour from a small operation such as a university lab doing chip development.

Nobody will advertise this as a service. I think you have a lot of phone calls to make. Emails may not produce the result because you are going to be needing lots of goodwill on this.

It is possible you could get a wafer probe manufacturer to probe it for you, again on a goodwill basis.

Since you mentioned "on wafer measurements", I hope you added proper circuitry to mate with standard differential measuring probes. Usually the probes require a square pad for the circuit trace and a pair of square pads, one on either side of the circuit trace for ground. Often you need to add feedthru's from the bottom ground layer (if it's standard microstrip circuitry) to provide grounds for the probes.

Testing houses might require you to change/add something to mate with their probes.
