Rebar Layout

Hi Everybody,
My question is about the rebar's layout on version 8 of SAFE.
Is this layout a construction layout ,I mean do I need to consider any more or less rebars to i oder to build the slab or the original layout would be enough? do I need to do any editing on that?
Any help and comments would be greatly appreciated.
