Realignment of Precast Beam

Hi all,
I am looking at methods for raising and realigning a precast concrete beam. The beam has displaced downward 3.5" at the column which was sheared off by a forklift. Another engineer specified emergency shoring for the beam but the shoring system is not rated for jacking loads and is somewhat restricting access to the beam. A precast company is supplying the replacement column but the beam must be realigned prior to installation. The bottom of the beam is 22' above the floor and the load is about 55 Kips so the method of raising is not trivial I think.

Can you find any info on the capacity of the pipe scaffold? I have some references somewhere; I'll look in the morning. I've used similar to support a bridge pier for a column repair but we didn't have to jack.

I'm thinking that perhaps you could use the scaffold to run a pair of shallow beams on each side of the column to support a flat jack. Otherwise you may have to erect a pair of frames along the column in order to jack.
