Real raster image size in CATIA drawing

Hi all. I have a problem with correspondence of a real size raster image after scanning and insertion that image into a catia drawing. I need the real size of the scanned image in CATIA drawing. I found the DPI mismatch between the origin picture and the Catia insertion picture. Look attachment pic. It looks like the problem is in the Catia settings. How to find these settings and fix the problem?

Does Catia allow the use of images as decals onto surface or solid geometry?

In PTC Creo I had the same problem as you do here and found that I could create a correctly sized surface or solid part, put the image as a decal, and then place a view of that part onto the drawing. The drawing scale was always what I expected to get.
