The following short message may help you to read the analysis results on CATIA V5 Genarative Structural Analysis Workbench:

As the analysis result displayed on your CATIA V5 main menu, you'll see the maximum deformation scale. then you click Deformation scale icon on your toolbar. The dialog box will show you the maximum deformation and its scale.

As an example, a scale factor and maximum deformation = 30 and 4.0 in, respectively. the model in actual has posed maximum deformation 30 times. As a conclude that the maximum deformation on your deformation scaling colour should be 4.0 in / 30 = 0.1333 in
