Can anyone explain how to interpret reaction force data on the model? My company receives IDEAS 10 from a remote server and the help files are not available. I was told the reaction forces are associated with constrained nodes only. I created a small model and verified this by using the probe function but when I try this on a complex model it no longer works. My reaction plot currenly shows a blue assembly although the load scale does incrementally increase. Choosing various nodes on the model does not produce any force values above zero. Any help would be appreciated.
