RC Beam design with torsion

I'm looking for a software or spreadsheet that can do rectangular RC beam design with torsion per 11.6 of ACI-318. Any recommendations? Thanks!

RC Beam for iPhone is a useful tool for shear, flexure, and torsion.
StructurePoint spBeam has options for torsion design, but I have not used the feature.
