Hello All;
I'm working on a car frame and at my office I used a rbe-3 element for a seam weld for making connection after reading an article from MSC-nastran regarding rbe2 vs rbe3 elements and got a good results for NVH performance. But the issue is that now higher authorities are asking that why did i use rbe 3 elements for the welds and do I have any papers/publications suggesting rbe3 elements are good for welding.
Thanks
