Ras export to GIS problem

Getting runtime error 9 while trying to export to GIS from RAS 4.0. Can't find any 0's or negatives anywhere they should not be. I've exported this data before. I;ve started new projects with the same data and still no go. Anyone konw ehere I may not be looking to fix this problem?
