Hi,

Bit rusty on the old excel.

Could someone point me in the direction of what I need to do for;

having a series of data values in a vertical column searching for values between two numbers ie: 12 & 15, then displaying the values in a new table .

thanks for the help.
Bert.

Here's the very simplest I can do (attachment) from your briefly stated goal. Look at formula in column D.

Best to you,

Goober Dave

thanks DRWeig,

great help!

Here's a slight improvement, in cols F and G. It might be possible to improve further by removing the need for the helper column. A further improvement would be to remove duplicates (if that is what the OP would like), but I suspect that this would be harder.

And I've just run out of time. (How convenient.)

Thanks

Denial almost spot on , as you said improving only be removing the helper column.

thanks!
