Just wanted to throw out a big thanks to the support these guys put into their products!!!

When ever I call about a question I have, there is always knowledgeable person on the other end. Seth, Karl, and Ersa are all great technical support people I have worked with. Really unparalleled support compared to any other structural product I have used before.

Now if they can finally figure out the silly licensing 1 hour issue!!!

Thanks. And on the licensing front we are overhauling the license server so that you can restrict licensing in those cases where you don't need the flexibility of adding seats temporarily. Just taking a bit longer to get the performance / speed where we need it.

What is the current outlook on when these licensing changing will be introduced?

We are reaching out to some STAAD accounts now to beta test the Connected Licensing restrictions. The process involves swapping out the existing license dlls. I hesitate to say when we can go live for the user body at large since the testing has been slower than expected. It will surely happen before August though.
