Radius/V-Groove Bearing Capacities?

I am in the wire industry and hoping to get some help on determining the min/max wire size capacities on given radius and v-groove bearings. FYI, the grooved bearings are being used for wire straightening. Example: On a true cut .170" radius groove bearing, the max is respectively .170", but what is the minimum? And, with a v-groove, how do you determine the minimum and the maximum?
Thank you in advance for any help...

If you draw a v groove and fillet it with
your wire size radius that would be an
absolute maximum radius. I would then
use a smaller radius by .020" and use that
a the maximum fillet radius. You do not want a
sharp corner. As to the od of the groove,
it must be greater than the wire contact
points by some nominal amount. You could
probably just use the pitch diameter (the
centerline of the wire) as a minimum.
