I have a little confusing regarding the ASME Sec.IX, QW-424.1. Please help me to understand the requirements of that.

PQR has been qualified using P no 5A to P no 1 without impact testing. Will a WPS be supported utilizing this PQR for P No. 5A to P No.4, P no 5A to P no 3, or P no 5A to P no 1 materials if supplementary essential variables are not required?

Provided if you are doing PWHT, that the composition changes for the materials in question at the PWHT temperature don't change the PWHT essential variable of below the lower transformation temperature to between the lower and upper transformation temperature or vise versa. See QW-407.1
