Please interperet QW-306 of ASME IX
if two welders weld a test coupen(one root, hot and other filling caping) and unacceptable repair comes in caping then both welders will be rejected or only that welder is reject which have deposited caping layer. please ans me in the light of QW-306 of ASME IX.

QW-306 Failure of any portion of a combination test in a single test coupon constitutes failure of the entire combination.
