"Help on Fatigue through Ansys"

Dear Sir,

I am doing the project,”Failure Analysis of flywheel”.While calculating the fatigue values, I have
assigned all the datas required. But the error comes as Nloc error, but I have located
only one node for single event. Even though, answer is not coming. Nvalues are missing, nonpositive, is the error. Being with only intermediate Knowledge,I am facing problems infatigue through Ansys.Can you please help on this accord.
