Hi all:

Getting this message:

"ERROR MESSAGE
MICROSOFT VISUAL C++ RUNTIME LIBRARY
RUNTIME ERROR
Program C:\Solidw~1\sldworks.exe
This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the applications support team for more info."

Happened today while trying to edit a part. Happened twice last week while I tried to save to a PDF.

Please help!!

Thanks in advance......

Did you try the faq559-507 as suggested in your previous thread?

Is this a new install?
Did you disable the anti-virus before installing?

Hi Limey,
It is not an new install...this appears while editing a part, or while trying to save to PDF.
I thought of the FAQ559-507; however Im not sure if that applies to this issue.

Any thoughts?

Thanks!

"Any thoughts?"

Yes, the same ones I had in the other thread ... which you never answered ... so I repeat them here;

What add-ins do you have enabled?
Disable all that you don't need for the current session.

Are you using SW Toolbox?
If you are not using it (and the browser folder does not exist) but it is enabled in the add-ins you will get the error you are getting.

and finally ... faq559-507

[cheers]
