Quinky tubes

Hi,
Does anyone have the equations to calculate attenuation of quinky tube arrangements as seen on occassional air intake sytems. They look like a U tube and attenuate more broadly than QWT's. I had a paper on them but lost it.
GregLocock: do you have any pointers?

Yes it would! Try "Quincke"...
