In SW09 it is in Tools > Options > Document Properties > Drafting Standard > View Labels > Section.
I know the layout is different in SW06, but it should be somewhere similar.

I see two logical spots for this in SW 06.
> Document Properties > Detailing > View Labels >
> Document Properties > Detailing > arrows
In arrows, I can change the arrow head size, but not style.
In Labels, I can change the labels, but not the arrows.
I think I am blind....

No, you are not blind.
The options available for the dimension and label arrow heads (solid, outline, dot, slash, etc) do not appear to be available for the section arrows.
If that's what you are trying to change it looks like you are SOL.
