Hey, anybody know after we do bake out for sour service pipe, normally we follow with magnetic particle test or UT, in this case, do we still need to do hydrotest?

Not enough information to answer your question. The above mentioned nondestructive tests assure weld integrity during construction and repairs. A hydrotest is normally specified by codes and standards to assure adequacy of design, no obvious material defects or poor workmanship in assembly and to look for leaks.
Is this for a field repair of an existing pipe or new pipe construction?
Thanks. Basically we are going to cut the existing sour service pipe. Then we have to bake out the cut in point and magnetic particle test or UT will be followed. My question is that whether we need to do hydrotest after welding and bake out, magnetic test
There are code references if you need them for back up, Section 437.1.4 (b) Testing Tie ins, ASME B31.4 2002 Edition. I know 31.8 has one too, but I don't have it in front of me.
