Question Regarding Retaking FE Exam (Mechanical)

I passed the FE Mechanical Exam about 4 years ago, but want to retake it. When I log into my account to register for the exam, I am unable to do so (it tells me I passed the FE and all options for the FE are greyed out). Is there a workaround to this?
