Question on ANSI electrical code for MV switchgear

Hi all
can someone confirm if the latest MV(6.6kV) ANSI code calls for the control compartment (local control, metering, protection etc) to be removed from switchgear panel and located elsewhere

You my be better off asking a few vendors (technical support) like GE, Siements, Eaton and SqD.
