Looking for methods/ techniques on how can we establish Quality/ Configuration Management Dashboard. The objective is to ensure continuous follow up of the following:
- Project management milestones,
- Inspection and testing at the planned dates,
- Management of the modification (initiation, record, deployment, etc...)
- isuuance of project deliverables.
- other ( juridical, procurement, issues, etc...)
Could you please share standards/ procedures dealing with establishment of that dashboard/ plan?
