Quality Battery Charger

Can anyone recommend a quality battery charger capable of recharging both NiMH and Rechargeable Alkaline in AA, AAA and 9V cells? Around here I'm struggling to find a good charger. All are AA/AAA only and typically only do NiMH or Alkaline (or Lithium, which are expensive). Also none have the ability to see the current charge or set the charge rate.

Keep in mind I'm located in canada :D
