Quabbin Reservoir

I have recently learned that the face of the Winsor dam has a crack, can this crack be repaired without draining the reservoir? The reservoir is still functional otherwise Boston and my home town would be in deep "doodoo."

All dams leak, some need to be repaired others are just fine leaking.
